Triple A Puree

Lately, I have just been throwing foods together to make Nick's purees. Yes, he still goes for the whole foods. He is way too independent for his own good! Usually, I have to pretend like I'm eating and enjoying the puree in order to get him to at least attempt a try. Otherwise, this kid likes to grab his own foods and go as he pleases.

Triple A Puree Ingredients

Almonds (2-3 handfuls)
1 Avocado
1 Apple (medium)
Coconut Oil

Blend all together until smooth.

It's 7:47 a.m. on Saturday

"It's 7:47 a.m. on a Saturday morning and I'm hustling to get a spot in my very popular 8 a.m. step class"

So begins the article "4 Truths About Our Post-Baby Bodies." The writer, Lisa Sadikman, goes on to explain that on the way into her step class, she overhears a conversation between two women, both remarking how they have a few post-baby pounds left to drop before they'll be happy, despite the fact that, according to the Sadikman, both women looked fit and fantastic.

But then Sadikman takes a tone that is almost critical of these two women aspiring to drop all of those baby pounds--at the least, she sounds like a defeatist. Sadikman lambasts the notion of "getting your body back," concluding that its an unattainable end point. As she says: "Somehow even though we know that life will never be the same, we expect our bodies to be."

I understand the point Sadikman is trying to make. She's trying to relieve new mothers of added stress of trying to conform to others' notions of beauty. The article wraps up by noting that although never the same, your mommy body will do wonderful things you never dreamed of and she challenges the reader to find beauty in the right places (like the new cutie you just brought into this world), and so it's ok if your body doesn't fit the stereotypical notions of "beautiful." To be sure, those are great points, but they come in the negative packaging of: "Your body will never look the same, so just accept it."

No. Thank. You.

By wonderful coincidence, I read the article on Saturday around 7:47 a.m.  I thought it made a couple good points, but why can't a girl have it all? Why can't I work my back side off to get it back in shape? We need to send a more encouraging, uplifting message to mothers. Yes, your body will be different in some ways. But that doesn't mean you can't aspire to get it back to the shape it was before pregnancy--or, gasp, even better shape. We all know that even without pregnancy, everyone's body is different, and we can only do the best we can with what God have us. But that doesn't mean we have to indulge--even for a second--the idea that because we're mothers we can't have as good as or better bodies than we had before we brought our blessings into the world!

I'm not pretending for a second that having children doesn't make things harder--it does! After Nick was born in November 2013, my life has been all about time. What time to get up, go to bed, how long will I need to feed Nick, how much time do I have to pump, how long have those bags of frozen milk been defrosting, what time is Nick's next appointment, how long will this workout take, when does Nick need to be fed...AGAIN... :)  Before, squeezing in a workout was just a matter of finding the motivation to get at it. Now, squeezing in a workout means finding 30 minutes when life is not completely chaotic to get fit. It's harder, but it's not impossible.

It comes down to time management and doing the best I can. Alex and I work as a team, and I am so thankful for him. As Nick's mom, I don't want to miss any moments that we have together as a family. Based on Nick's regular sleeping schedule, I have figured out that I need to get up around 6-6:15 a.m. For some of you, this might be early, while others it is the opposite.

After pumping breast milk for 20 minutes, I start my workout between 6:30-6:45 a.m. The workout program I am currently doing is P90x3. The workouts are 30 minutes, and I totally feel as if I get a solid workout each session. This past winter/spring I completed workouts that were over an hour. So, this just meant I needed to get up earlier. As Nick has gotten older, I have adjusted my schedule.

It hasn't been easy, and it's often meant sacrifices, but this is what's worked for me.
7 months postpartum.
I'm not saying it's easy. Or perhaps like a good infomercial disclaimer, perhaps doubters will say that my "results are not typical." But if you think that. If you let the doubt in your mind, if you believe that "your body will never look the same again," then you're being self defeating. Maybe your body will never look the same again, but that doesn't mean you can't try to get it there!

With this positive mindset, I'm going to take each of Sadikan's points in turn.

1. "Your body will never look the same again."

My body has actually never looked better! And I don't mean that in the "your body is beautiful because it nourishes life" way. I mean it in the "she looks good in a bikini way."

For me, I think pregnancy actually helped me get the body I have now. During my pregnancy I read about women wearing a girdle for 3-4 months postpartum. Doing so gave me a relatively flat stomach to start from.

And don't forget breastfeeding. When you're breastfeeding, your body literally has two nozzles that serve fat straight out of your body! For several months, in addition to breastfeeding, I pumped 30 ounces per day. That will really shed the fat!

Plus, breastfeeding made me more mindful of what I was putting in my diet, because I knew it would be going to Nick, and I wanted to give him the very best nutrition.

So maybe Sadikman is right, your body might never look the same. Hopefully it will look better!
No cropping or editing needed here! Alex is to my right picking up Nick who wanted to be in the photo! #mylife
2. "Your body will not function like it once did."

Again, I think all of the health benefits of breastfeeding and a better diet has left my whole body better than ever! My skin is clear, my mind feels sharp, my muscles are toned, and my bodily functions feel like they are working better than ever! Plus, we have the added bonus of my biceps having grown from picking up Nick, and my squatting and flexibility overall have improved tremendously from constantly picking up Nick and rolling around on the floor with him.

3. "Instead, your body will do amazing things that you never dreamed it could do."

Sadikman writes, "Your core will tighten and hold you firmly in place as you lift your child from crib or catch her as she jumped from the bed into your arms. I didn't know how fast I could spring until my toddler slipped from my grip and darted towards the parking lot. You will surprise yourself. Marvel over what you are capable of with this new mama body."

YES YES YES! I mentioned this above, but playing with Nick has forced me to use different muscles that never got used before and my diet improved tremendously. Before, my attitude was "I will never be flexible! I don't want to look 'bulky'! I like crackers too much!" Well, guess what former Jamie--when you have a baby, you don't have much of a choice! Times have changed, for the better!

When I play with Nick, I've been working on not bending over, but squatting at his level. As Nick plays, I will do a few abdominal reps just to feel a quick burn. When Nick practices walking, I run in front of him to do jumping jacks as I cheer him on! Even when we go on our daily walk and talks together, I sing to him as I move up and down those hills! How great is that? I get to bond with my baby, get my heart rate up, and do all of this with 20 lbs strapped to my chest.

As we all know, motherhood changes everything. So use it as an opportunity to force your body to do wonderful new things. But also teach it to do the things it used to do even better.

4. Beauty is where you find it.

This is the most important point that we should always keep in the back of our minds, and I'm happy to see Sadikman close with it. She explains that even though your body might not be as "beautiful" as it was before, you'll find the beauty where it really counts: in your child. I think our son is the most beautiful thing on this planet, I enjoy listening to my husband sing to Nick so sweetly, and I am always amazed at Nick's triumphs as he grows every second! I truly love being a mom! Nick is beautiful (in a manly way, of course).

But the beauty doesn't have to get siphoned from you and into your baby. First you love your husband with all of your heart. But then you have a baby, and somehow your heart and all of your love grows to include that new baby.

So too can the beauty in your life grow with the birth of your child. Your baby can be beautiful, and you can be too. Don't let anyone tell you it cannot be done. As your child grows and develops into his or her body you can be working to grow and develop into your new post-baby body.

And the beauty doesn't have to stop there, because I can share it with others. I love writing on this blog because it lets me motivate and inspire other women to grow their beauty (whatever that might mean to them) by showing them that they can do this too. You don't need those celebrity trainers or chefs. You also don't need quick fixes that suggest you'll lose pounds fast. None of those things last or are sustainable.

What will last is when you decide to change your lifestyle and become a "better" you. Push yourself mentally, physically, and emotional. Ride your bike to work, create a healthy meal, get moving someway somewhere. Maybe your goal is to get more "beautiful" than you were before you got pregnant. Maybe you want to just be healthier. Maybe you want to have the energy to go on a hike with your family. Whatever goal you set, there's only one way to get there: you've gotta get up and work towards it. Don't let someone tell you that you will never be the same. You are the authority on what is possible.

And once you meet that goal, reward yourself with more love and activities. Reward yourself with more beauty and a better you. Don't settle for short-lived rewards that involve sugar--you didn't work hard just so you could eat a cookie. You worked hard to make yourself better. Think about how good it feels when those endorphins start flowing, and you crush your goals. How does that compare to treating yourself and cheating on your diet? Now, eating can be a reward, but why not include healthy rewards into your healthy lifestyle??

Sadikman is correct to say that "there's no going back", don't feel "bad" about the new you. I agree with that. You're a brand new person--you're a mom! And that's the greatest job you'll ever have. So get fired up that you have such a great opportunity! "Champion the mama body" you have, and give up the whine!

Watermelon Cake

My husband is pretty strict on his eating. Of course when it's a birthday I am a cake eating frosting licking fool. I love cake but I had to put my birthday cake love aside for my husbands requests. He loves watermelon. I mean LOVES it, we eat a whole one almost every single day in the summer. It's his go-to sweet thing so a few weeks back when we saw a cake made from watermelon we instantly knew that is what we would do for his birthday!

I looked at a few recipes but of course decided to just wing it!
You will need
Watermelon, cut as best you can into a "cake" shape!
Organic Whipping Cream (2 pints)
Powdered Sugar
Berries

I prefer to make my own whipped cream mainly because store bought is full of hydrogenated vegetable oils, why that is in there puzzles me. But alas, I choose to make it from scratch and it's so easy and EVEN more tasty. I just pour the 2 pints into the kitchen aid with the whisk attachment, then as it starts to somewhat thicken I pour in some powdered sugar, maybe 1/4 cup? I just wing it, then all of a sudden it will turn to a thick whipped cream consistency. PS you will never buy cool whip after this!
I applied the whipped cream VERY thick, the sides were the hardest to get it to stick to but if you put it on thick it works great!!! Then I topped with some berries.
All my boys for Jordan's 29th watermelon cake celebration. The boys LOVED it!!
Next time I will make it not as thick because the whipped cream to watermelon ration wasnt the best. I needed way more cream! So I would suggest cutting it in half. We also decided that you could layer it and put berries in between to be the barrier. Nonetheless it was freaking awesome and definetely the go-to cake for my gluten free loving husband!

Learninig to Walk

First day on the walker. He moved across the room!
Nick is learning to walk! OHHH MYY GOSH! We have been working on this with him for the past two weeks.

The boy has always loved to stand. He pulls himself up on EVERYTHING. As our first born, I squeal at all of these new triumphs.

We have learned a trick with our dear boy. He LOVES "Tiger Boo" on YouTube. Tiger Boo motivated Nick to crawl, and now walking. This is the best video, and someone must have also figured this out because they made a 15 minute long video! Anytime we play this song, Nick lights up and gets in such a good mood!

Anyway, now, Nick goes on a walking workout, while I complete P90x3. He doesn't always stay on his course, but he sure makes us very proud parents!

Barefoot Madness

Almost all of my family and friends know that my husband is 99% BAREFOOT. It was even shown on our House Hunters episode that he walks to church shoeless, with his dress shoes in his hands. I rarely notice it anymore because I am so used to him doing this. But let me tell you the first few times were embarassing. He literally walked barefoot on our trip to NYC. Seriously. I had to force him to put shoes on at one point. But I am honestly I am barefoot most of the time anyways being at home, the only time I put shoes on is to go somewhere. Other than that I am barefoot too, so are the kids!
I found this article about the 11 benefits of walking barefoot
Here is the quick list:
1-Better Balance
2- Feeling Grounded (no pun intended haha)
3-Foot Strength
4- Healthy Feet
5-More Energy
6- Less Stress
7- Freedom
8- Almost Perfect Posture
9- Pain Free
10- Blood Circulation
11- Awareness

Now if you read the article they obviously explain more about each of those. Honestly since I workout barefoot it does help my balance a ton. I also did gymnastics my whole life which is barefoot clearly. My tumbling was 10 times better without shoes than with shoes. Shoes just take away a whole lot of feeling for things. Obviously shoes are good for when you are out in public clearly no one wants to step on a shard of glass or thorn.

I am honestly on board with the barefoot notion and it doesn't really bother me. But let me tell you, my husband is INSANELY picky about the shoes for the boys. It's kind of a pain at times but the best shoes for our boys are Crocs, because they are so wide and let the kids feet breathe. We also love TOMS, but the cordone style ones, they are a tad wider for the boys feet. Then the latest shoes the boys have been wearing are Vivo Barefoot. Jordan has worn these for years but we recently found their kids line and the boys LOVE them!!! The shoes are practically weightless which is awesome!

I have actually found a pair for me that I will be trying out here soon!!
I am a huge fan of yellow so these are perfect!!

This is the style that Jordan wears.
And these are the boys kicks.
Clearly Vivo is a family affair over here!!

But seriously what do you think about the barefoot movement? Do you prefer to be barefoot??

Meal Made Easy!

As you may have read, I am doing my best to kick my cereal habit. This is the only type of food that makes me consider giving up on my clean paleo diet. I have just read too much on how eating and living a paleo/primal lifestyle can have so many positive effects on people overall. It is just hard to avoid the facts.

Anyway, below are a few of my go-to veggies. I have these vegetables for breakfast and dinner. I prefer to snack and drink water or tea throughout between these meals.

Asparagus,  Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Lemon Juice, Coconut oil

I like to grill these (if we have time). For breakfast, I usually eat them raw on top of a large salad. I will also include tomatoes or salsa, Cayenne Pepper (I always put too much, and Alex lectures me on how to be more careful. I should really listen!), and Balsamic. For protein, I like tuna and black or kidney beans. Yum yum yum!!

As you can see in the picture, I use lemon juice and coconut oil to lather these veggies. I do this whether we grill them or not. I am obsessed with lemon juice (have been for the majority of my life), and coconut oil is just plain good for you!

All on a large salad, these meals help me feel full longer. I highly recommend this meal for anyone looking to cut out processed foods. It is totally true that your diet makes a difference in not only how you look, but, more importantly, how you feel. So, give it a try, and let us know what you think!

I took the above picture THIS morning after a P90x3 workout. I have totally bought into having a clean/paleo/primal lifestyle.

Grocery Shopping with Nick

When we first went grocery shopping with Nicholas, it was quite the adventure. He was grabbing at everything, and our shopping went much longer than it ever should. We purchased this fancy seat specifically made for a shopping cart. It is so wonderful, and Nick gets very comfortable in it.

Yes, it takes a second to get the cart setup. It is worth it because our shopping trips are shortened and more enjoyable.

You can find this type of seat here on Amazon.

Clean & Mean- Check & Check!

I, Jamie, am totally clean and mean. Well...I won't go all Regina George on you...only if you play nice that is. ;)

Anyway, this week is all about Spring Cleaning! I LOVE cleaning. Not like the gross get your head in a dirty toilet type of cleaning, but the organizing and sparkle cleaning just makes me so happy. A little OCD never hurt anyone, right?

I am one of those people who has to have a clean kitchen and home before going to bed or leaving the house. I cannot stand coming home to disorganization (insert Nick and Alex). Alex goes through cleaning phases, and he really does a nice job as my permanent lovemate. Nick, on the other hand, just does not care! ;)

Nick looks so annoyed, doesn't he?? I know he is thinking, "Mom, do I really have to wear this bib!?"
If the home isn't clean/organized, I will get mean. I have never been one to yell, but I cannot be in a good mood when things need to be washed and put away. Ahhh...true confessions! I am really baring it all here.

Is anyone else like me?? Do you have to get things organized and sparkly? Or am I really just in for a rude awakening as Nick gets older and bolder? Haha.

Don't forget to enter your #cleanandmean selfie today! You may be a winner!!!

Don't Give Up!

I have been there. I completely understand the frustration. You had every single intention of eating healthy and working out today but laundry and kids got in the way of that happening. Oh no there goes 3 days in a row. Crap, I will never get out of this funk!!! I have been there. I have felt the same exact way. This is completely normal.

The thing is YOU can change the path. You can switch things up and get back on the train. The train did not leave the station without you. It is just waiting for you to board again. You may have delays and stops along the way but your train NEVER gets off the track. You just have to step back on for the ride. I havent worked out in 3 days. We had a crazy weekend with Fathers Day and yesterday we had a huge play date with cousins. Cherry on the top of the madness was a trip with the kids to Steak n Shake complete with a shake, whip cream and cherry. I enjoyed every sip of that cookies and cream goodness and I didn't blink an eye at the moment. I knew that this rough past 3 days was not the end. It was just a bump in the road.
I find friends who get so discouraged about eating bad one day or not working out for a few days. They just throw the towel in and give up. PLEASE don't do that. DO not give up on yourselves! It is not worth it to stop, you need to trudge forward and keep moving. I always think of my kids in those moments of wanting to just toss the towel in. I think of when Vincent used to get frusterated in learning to write the letters to his name. Sure, I could have just let him quit and walk away from it. That would have been easier than hearing him complain. But we kept helping him, we taught him ways to make it easier and how to correctly form the letters. Sure sometimes he doesnt always make the perfect shaped letter E but he is trying. Each time he writes it he learns an eaiser way to make it work for him. I never let him give up and now he can write his name great. This happens so many times in our kids lives, we as parents help them figure everything out and learn ways that make things easier and functional for them. Its our job as parents to never let them give up.

But why do we so easily give up on ourselves? You see what I am getting at? Think about your child telling you the things you are thinking. I am tired. I am sick. I would rather eat a cheeseburger. I laundry to do instead. I would rather watch TV. You would tell them to KNOCK IT OFF. You would tell them to keep trying and move on even when it seems the world is against them. When you look at a healthy lifestyle think about what you would want your children to do, or even your spouse or best friend? Would you tell them to just toss in the towel over a bump in the road? NO, you would want them to push and keep trying. It's okay to mess up here and there but it is not okay to give up on YOURSELF. You are important! You can do anything you put your mind to, so get up, shake it off and keep going. Choose to get back on the train!!
I am back at it today with healthy eating and my secret weapon, the 21 day fix!
 xoxo- Allie

Get Fit Like Fido? Bow WOW!

Priscilla Liang, the Community Coordinator at dogvacay.com, reached out to us about getting "Fit like Fido". Liang organizes an online community where dog lovers can connect with one another to find and provide dog daycare and boarding. She attached this document with her email that really got us thinking...

1. Alex ALWAYS comments on how well babies and young children do the perfect squats. "That's a good looking squat right there!" he says. I try to include Nick during my workouts. I figure that if he sees me working out, he will also enjoy exercises on his own one day. In all honesty, Nick actually teaches me how to do moves the "right" way sometimes. My squats have seriously improved.

If you have a pet, you know they are witnesses to all your interesting life moments...even those times you wish no one was watching. ;) Therefore, consider being a good fitness example to your family members (that includes your pets, right?!) If anything, check out these workouts and see how your pet does them. Maybe you will learn a thing or two about correct form from them! ;)

2. Since getting into circuit training exercises, I am loving how my own body weight can get me in naturally good shape. We do not have a pet, but when I lift Nick with my arms and legs, I can totally feel the burn. Why can't pet owners use their pets as weights too?! Of course, I will not judge based on the type of pet you have! Some of your animals are bigger than people! Besides that, even pets have some serious attitudes too!

3. The picture above makes me laugh because we really find ourselves in interesting positions during our workout routines. For instance, the classic yoga pose: "Downward Facing Dog" is so awkward for me, but feels so good at the same time. If the dogs can do this without shame, why can't all humans do the same? ;) Always be proud of working out and getting in better shape.

4. If you don't want to workout alone, grab one of your feline friends or friends with felines and try this workout. Maybe this can boost your animal training skills? Besides, your pet may surprise you, and, more importantly, you might get a few good laughs out of it too. Humor is good for the soul and abs! I tried some of these poses out with Nick yesterday, and he just looked at me like the crazy lady I am. Nothing new. ;)

5. For those of you who know your pet is not down for exercising, the DogVacay link provides you with information on how to connect with a pet-sitter. Therefore, the dog gets a new friend/entertainer, and you can get your workout on!

In Liang's email, she asked:

Do you have a favorite exercise circuit?
Jamie's Response: YES! Currently, I LOVE P90x3's MMX (Mixed Martial Arts) workout circuit. The entire workout is fast-paced, and I feel like Jackie Chan!

How do you cool down?
Jamie's Response: I follow the P90x3 cool downs, but I also make sure to reach for my toes and do a couple quick stretches at the end of my workouts.

And how do you shake up your routine when transitioning through seasons?
Jamie's Response: I go back and forth with BodyRock and BeachBody's exercise programs. I'll check out their latest fitness trends and determine if I'll repeat one of their programs/challenges or try something new.

Thanks again for reaching out to us Priscilla! This is a fun way to think about daily workouts. :)

The Real Healthwives friends: What are your thoughts on working out with pets? Do you have a pet that is a fitness friend or foe?

Reminder: The Clean and Mean Selfie Giveaway starts today! Why not include your pets on the fun and games too?! #cleanandmean

Happy Father's Day tomorrow to all those wonderful fathers in our lives!

Train Like an Olympian!

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! This is my fourth week in P90x3, and I really do love this program. For the past few days, I have completed Yoga, Isometrix, and Dynamix workouts. I am getting used to the stretching. I can't say I LOVEEEE working on my flexibility, but I definitely think it is good for my body. Besides, I enjoy making goals for myself. Game on!

The more I research about flexibility/mobility, I keep finding information on how Olympic athletes use many of the same moves in the P90x3 workout. For instance, there was one retired Olympic stud who simply kept up his fitness through intense stretching. This is so motivating to me as a former anti-flexibility queen.

I also found this article, "Train Like an Olympian". The article highlights British Military Fitness (BMF). Things to consider when trying BMF:

1. Goal-setting/Scheduling

2. Building up a "Foundation of Fitness". (Endurance, flexibility, strength, cardio.)

3. Diet- "Remember food is 90% of the health and fitness battle."

4.  Focusing on Strength- "BMF focuses on the larger muscle groups such as chest, back, legs and glutes which helps stimulate muscle fibres for growth and strength and therefore burn more calories and raise your metabolism."

5, Rest as needed- Push yourself, but also know your limits based on your current level of fitness.

6. "Peak for Big Events"- Join a fitness event that will help push your fitness capabilities.

7. Change Up Your Workout Routine- Even if you have a FAVORITE workout/exercise. Give your other muscles a chance to feel the burn too!

8. Mental Strength- Have that competitor mentality against yourself and even other athletes like you.

These are just simplified guidelines to live by in your healthy life. Nothing too fancy, but solid themes to live by during your fitness and diet journeys. :)

I like to eat....a lot!

Like, literally. This is me, Allie, to a tee!!! I love food, love love love it!! Food is so much fun and I just love indulging in treats and also cooking. I honestly believe that you can still be fit while enjoying the foods you love. Everything in moderation baby!! My body and mind is less stressed when I allow treats here and there into my diet. I always find that anytime I try to follow a rigid schedule of eating it always backfires on me. I think when I have things planned out or if there are rules, I always want to bend them or break them (such a rebel!) so being more relaxed works wonders for me.

Jordan and I rarely if ever go out to eat but when we do I usually just allow whatever since its just maybe once every few months. PS I am not picky I just would rather make our own food since the quality of restaurants meat and produce is pretty damn low. And going out to eat with 4 kids isn't that much fun!:)

If you go out to eat often here are some tips to help, or if you are like me just go for it!
The whole movement is supposed to be a permanent change, not just temporary so you each individually need to find what works for you. If you are someone who has to stick with a plan, do it. But if you need to loosen the rules, do it! You can have both. Don't stress yourself with trying to be perfect! You can have a bad meal or miss a workout here or there.
Don't stop JUST because of that. Keep chugging along
My style is keeping our big meals 100% clean, meat and veggies baby, then I loosen the rules on snacks here and there. The only big meal I really eat is dinner, during the days I do shakeology and fruits and veggies for snacks, and chocolate is mixed in there (let's be serious people) But I do eat pretty darn well compared to America's eating standards! PS Have you noticed how much less you eat as a mom. I swear I am always feeding everyone else, then if I ever do go to eat, my kids are like hawks and want whatever I am eating. Every single time. Those little boogers can ALSO smell out when I eat something bad, like I will sneak chocolate in the pantry and they will instantly hear the wrapper or smell it when I chew. They are hawks. haha

What's your style? Whats your secret to making it work for you??

Radiantly You- Decongestant

Samantha McCarty, a Radiantly You Independent Wellness Guide, is at it again! This time, she generously sent me Radiantly You's "Natural Herbal Decongestant". Wow wow wow! I used some on myself (dabs under my nose), and I was breathing so much better. Plus, the smell of this decongestant is quite wonderful-- double win!!
I loved this decongestant so much, I dabbed a bit on Nicholas. He didn't mind at all, and it seems to have helped him breathe easier too. :)

Samantha and the Real Healthwives are working together for a giveaway in the near future. We are thinking about giving a lucky Real Healthwives and Radiantly You follower a free all-natural cleaning product. Stay tuned for and don't miss out on this upcoming event!!

Thanks again, Samantha for your generosity!
