The whole being fit and healthy thing is NOT about being perfect. No one said you have to workout 247 and eat salads for every meal to have a healthy mindset. Just waking up and getting in the mindset of making healthy choices and kicking the bad ones is a great start. Rome wasn't built in a day my friends. Take it slow, each day switch out some things, maybe instead of driving your kids to school, you could walk. Instead of reaching for that bag of chips, grab an apple. Small baby steps.
